Extensive Facilities
Confer Plastics, Inc. owns two facilities minutes apart in the Buffalo/Niagara area. These facilities account for 215,000 sq. ft of factory, office, and warehousing where over 200 people are employed.
Confer Plastics has some of the largest blow molding machines in the world – including one which extrudes 145 pounds of material and has a press almost 15 feet in height.

With twenty blow molding lines and the latest equipment, we have the capacity and capability to produce parts weighing just under one pound up to 100 pounds. We regularly reinvest in new equipment so as to offer ever-improving capabilities, remarkable quality, and price competitiveness.

Mold, Tooling and Fixture Infrastructure Speeds Turnaround Time
Confer Plastics’ close relationship with nearby mold makers enables us to maintain demanding specification requirements, obtain rapid turnaround and produce multiple molds in parallel. In addition, our in-house machine shop can quickly produce tools and fixtures as well as implement mold design changes.
Assembly & Packaging
Our secondary operations department can perform assembly, kitting of sourced components and specialized packaging.
